We are hiring a Finance Administrator

AE Finance, a firm of certified public accountants is seeking to expand its accounting advisory division to meet its existing clientele demands with the employment of a finance administrator.  The vacancy necessitates a motivated individual who is organized and efficient.

Responsibilities

  • General Office Management including:
    • Coordinating post and organizing couriers.
    • Administration duties such as filing, typing, copying, binding and scanning.
    • Coordinating meetings and events including booking of conference calls, rooms, taxis and hotels.
    • Maintaining computer and manual filing systems.
    • Coordinating office procedures.
    • Replying to emails, telephone, and face to face enquiries.
    • Coordinating repairs to office equipment.
    • Coordinating repairs to office equipment.
    • Greeting and assisting visitors at the office.
  • Processing expenses sheets and invoices.
  • Writing letters and emails on behalf of other members of the team.
  • Providing information to internal colleagues or external enquirers when required.
  • Developing and updating administrative systems as and when required.
  • Resolving administrative problems.
  • Maintaining employee holiday records .
  • Working on special projects within the financial accounting/reporting department as assigned; these tasks may include but will not necessarily be limited to the assistance with the formatting of Financial Statements, drafting of audit letters Updating of the Company Database.
  • Handling sensitive information in a confidential manner.

Applicant Requirements

  • Competent in the use of standard office tools including Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel;
  • Work on own initiative.
  • Excellent organization skills.
