The professional team at AE is supported by a core administrative team. Their trustworthiness and reliability ensure that our operations run smoothly. We are looking to recruit an office administration assistant to join our team!

Responsibilities

The duties will consist of reception duties, filing, scanning and other administrative tasks.

The candidate would also be required to handle the delivery of documents, as instructed, both within and outside of Valletta.

Our offices are in Valletta and yet we are regularly dealing with entities situated outside the capital such as:

  • Identity Malta
  • Jobsplus
  • Malta Gaming Authority
  • Malta Business Registry
  • MFSA

Applicant Requirements

The successful candidate will have :

  • Good organisational skills,
  • Computer literacy,
  • Proficiency in spoken and written English and Maltese,
  • A European driving licence and their own means of transport.
